Return & Exchange Conditions

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

•  The product remains sealed in its original packaging and has not been opened
   or tampered with
  
•  A valid invoice or proof of purchase is provided
  
  

Non-Returnable Items 

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personal care and hygiene products
  
• Opened or used cosmetic products
  
• Any product that has been unsealed from its original packaging
  
• Customized or special-order products

Damaged or Wrong Items

If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product:

• The customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order
  
• The item will be replaced or refunded after verification of the case

• Refunds are processed to the original method of payment
  
• Refunds are issued within 14 DAYS after inspection and approval of

•  If the return is not due to a defect or company error, the customer may bear
